- All communication, emailers and hard copy posters carrying information about the event and your logo shall be sent to the entire membership base of 5500. The above information shall be sent to the members well in advance of the event.
- On the day of the event client may display their stall (for two days) with their project information at the location of the event. (Please note that no sale is permitted. in case a member makes an enquiry client may explain the project details and collect information)
- Pre event we shall display the event posters in various sections of the club as well as the entrance of the club
- On the day of the event the stage background shall carry client's logo prominently
- Client may set up their display for a two day period. No marketing will be permitted. However client may hand out their brochures and in case of any query client may answer the same.
- The CEO of clients company shall be invited on stage and acknowledged.
- Post event the activity shall receive wide coverage with write up in the Black & Gold magazine, the popular club magazine.
