It's been 3 years I have been working with Insomniacs. As the company offers a work-from-home model and flexible working hours, it has been effortless to maintain a healthy work-life balance with other personal responsibilities. Despite working remotely, we regularly connect with other team members through calls and Google Meet. Also, the Management recognizes our hard work and dedication and awards with annual bonuses.

Disappointed with Services and Execution At the time of writing this we are still waiting for a response from their management and have not received our refund. Our experience with Insomniacs Digital Agency was disappointing. Communication was a constant struggle, with slow responses and missed updates common throughout our engagement. The creative works lacked the quality and innovation we were promised, failing to meet our expectations. Technical knowledge, especially regarding GA4 setups, was insufficient, leading to significant issues with our data tracking. Additionally, there was a frustrating lack of transparency and cooperation in crediting works, despite prior agreements. Overall, the lack of communication, subpar creative executions, inadequate technical expertise, and issues with credit recognition have made our experience with Insomniacs less than satisfactory. We advise caution if considering their services.
