This is one of the few experiences that will stay with you forever. Right from the beginning we are awestruck by the interiors of the place. Every corner was picture worthy!! So I won't dare to say anything bad about this place. Love it so much!! Coming to the food we thought that the wait time was a bit too long though it might have been due to the high demand as we went on 1st January this year. Food quality wise this was great and tasty too. Finally I would love to come back here again and again.

I recently visited AltAir - Capella and had a mixed experience. The food was just okay, nothing particularly impressive or memorable. However, the view from the restaurant was absolutely stunning! It's definitely a great spot to enjoy a meal with a beautiful backdrop. Unfortunately, the ambience didn't quite live up to my expectations. The music was too loud and didn't seem to match the atmosphere of the restaurant. It felt a bit disjointed and took away from my overall experience. Overall, I would recommend AltAir - Capella for its amazing view, but perhaps not for its food or ambience. Maybe they can work on improving those aspects to make it a more well-rounded experience.

The Altair Hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was well maintained. The view from the room and rooftop was especially nice. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the jacuzzi on the rooftop. We booked this place because we saw the pool on the rooftop. And we thought we could use the jacuzzi if it was too cold to use the pool. The staff explained that the pool and jacuzzi were in operation. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was cold and we couldn't swim. So we went to the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi seemed to be filled with old cold water. The water wasn't heated and the jacuzzi didn't work. There were bugs and dust floating on the water. I was very disappointed in that. It's dishonest to advertise a jacuzzi that isn't maintained.

The food and vibe was very good. Each every dish was carefully made. Their sushi was good. But the waiter was very very rude and they were not responsing even after calling many times. When we confronted him, he was talking very rudely. Hope they work on their customer service, didn't expect this behavior from so well known restaurant.
