One of the worst service provider. People at customer service don't know how to speak with the customer. Mr. Subroto is ther he is saying he is senior over there but he himself don't know what is personal details means . I Asked what is your post .. he replied he can't disclose his personal details, this app and the customer service team is pathetic.. I would request to the Employers please do not prefer this app or platform for the employee. They are really pathetic. I would appreciate the sales team and ther TL this gys are too good to help but ther will not be us full of this type of customer service team is ther ... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST PLATFORM

I totally Aggrey with you Mayank Sir . This is one of the worst app & the customer service people are more worst over hear . i hear the recording where you was asking to transfer the call to the senior and he was not transferring as telling you i am the senior persona over hear . it is very shame full service . i Would advice all the employer not to use the service. You have to work according to them . No option are there Worst customer service Worst product

Very worst Customer service.. they don't allow the people to speak. Very unhygienic environment to speak . One of the worst service . Mayank sir thanks for sharing the feedback i will Suggest to all my clients not to use it .. Mr Subroto if you can't diffrenciate between the personal information and official information.you shouldn't be ther .. Simpley waste person you are for your company
